#383 She never liked you

#025 Kiss a girl. 8-)
Completed 13th December, 2009

All cuz of Truth Or Dare at George's party. Btw, it was only a peck and it's not like a full lesbo make out session (she didn't kiss back so it's alright, man), ahaha. Everyone was like crowding around and shining lights from their phones so they could see, AHAHA. But calm down, it was only a peck. :P

#045 Try a new recipe each month. (2/32)
In progress 10th December, 2009

Okay, really, this cake tastes good but it looks gross. It's really hard to cook, cuz you're not sure if it's cooked or not, cuz my skewer came out clean once inserted, but it didn't seem cooked. So I don't know. Also, the cake doesn't look attractive, LOL. I was baking it to surprise Yvy, but it looked too ugly so nty LOLL.

Flourless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
300g plain dark chocolate, broken into pieces
175g butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 eggs
6 tablespoons thick double cream
225g golden caster sugar

Melt the chocolate and butter together in a large bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract.

Beat the eggs, cream and golden caster sugar for 3-4 minutes (the mixture will remain fairly runny), then fold into the chocolate mixture.

Line the base and sides of a 23cm cake tin with nonstick baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in a preheated oven, 180* for 45 minutes, or until the top forms a crust. Allow the cake to cool and then run a knife around the edges to loosen it from the tin.

Turn out the cake onto a serving plate and top with a mixture of blueberries and raspberries (optional, man). Serve with extra cream, if desired.
